The global sales team at CWT is where all the regional sales managers and directors work closely together pursuing opportunities that extend globally. I am responsible for the 27 countries in APAC, and acquired a good understanding of the commercial and cultural nuances in each of them. When supporting an opportunity that originate from another region, I work with countries to establish local engagements so that we have a clear understanding of the requirements both globally and locally. For APAC led opportunity, I will work with the regional teams of the other region to plan and execute our approach. I am responsible for 30million worth of revenue. I am also the regional "Tech Demo Expert" where I work with the innovation team to bring innovations to the market and provide market feedback on the products.

During my time with IQPC, I managed a team of 8 sales managers . Being very close to the market, I am also responsible for identifying key areas to focus on for our conference.We managed to penetrate the China market, where the organisation failed to enter previously. The success was due to the establishing key partnership with the industrial parks in China such as the Suzhou Industrial Park, Dalian software park and Wuhan industrial park.

This role is based out in Guangdong, China. My role as the International Sales Manager is to managed the strategic key accounts such as Wrigley, Perfetti van Melle, Colgate Palmolive. Under my care, the accounts expanded 4 times, contributing to an annual sales revenue of 13,2 million. New business development contributed an additional 3 million revenue during my time with the business. Leading a team of executives. I am also responsible for the development of the end to end delivery of the products to the clients who are located in different parts of the world. Additional experiences in the role include setting up and managing remote warehouse and third parties vendors.
