Responsible for the project management, development of the conceptual design (OPR, Drawings, Scope of Work, etc.), and coordination with the engineering firms for the early design stages of a new Semiconductor Fab which consisted of 138kV, 15kV, and 480V electrical systems.

• Coordinated with High Voltage Team (CU) and RFAB Electrical Team to perform an electrical assessment of the high voltage system which consisted of the installation, commissioning, maintenance, design, power monitoring, operations, power diversity, safety, documentation, and capacity vs. demand at the RFAB Semiconductor Fab.• Responsible for the project management, construction oversight, and financial budget for one phase of a 5+ year roadmap to replace static switches with the goal of eliminating the largest single point of failure within the electrical system.

• Leader of the Electrical Process System Team which consisted of electrical engineers and technicians at all TI Worldwide Sites with a focus on efforts related to equipment reliability and risk assessments (static switch, UPS, generator, etc.), development of standards (design, specifications, engineering practices, etc.), improvement of electrical safety program, and response to electricalfailures by conducting root cause analysis (2014 – 2016).• Project Manager for Arc Flash Study which consists of identifying efficient methods for field data collection, development of electrical oneline diagrams, methods to reduce the incident energy, improvement of reliability issues, and coordination with engineering firm to develop and approve the engineering study for assigned building which included 38 of 44 substations.• Co-led (Rene Graves) the development and implementation for the update of the “ELE204M Electrical Safety for Qualified Employees” course for approximately 1,600 employees in the Fab and Facilities organizations.

• Developed design drawings for electrical system modifications (installation, demolition, or relocation), ensured new and existing installations comply with applicable codes (NEC, NFPA, and IECC, etc.), and oversight of electricians for safety compliance, review of installations for consistency with design drawings, and project commissioning to maintain reliability.• Design experience consists of installing a diesel generator, uninterruptible power system (UPS), branch circuit distribution equipment, and lighting systems to improve reliability, provide additional capacity, and reduce energy consumption.• Led cross functional sub-team responsible for reviewing worldwide electrical equipment and human related events with the goal of developing additional processes, standards, specifications, procedures, and training.• Project management and coordination with engineering firm to perform the Arc Flash Studies for all TI Dallas and Sherman sites to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and approval of engineering studies.

• Performed an engineering analysis, developed project estimate, and submitted a proposal to reduce and consolidate the electrical distribution system to improve reliability and reduce maintenance cost. • Developed technical foundation of electrical distribution equipment, capacity and demand analysis, cost estimation, AutoCAD design, PowerLogic monitoring, and the National Electric Code.

• Design and project management of electrical system additions, expansions, and modifications for commercial sites.• Field training by physically constructing overhead distribution systems, installing commercial metering, and testing of electrical cables to determine root cause of failure.• Development of work requests for overhead and underground systems which consists of creating electrical designs, calculations, permit approval, material specification, and cost estimation.
