In my role as a technical sales and application specialist I was responsible for the life-cycle of BioLaminas human recombinant laminins including product knowledge to support pre- and post sales. I was also resopnsible for KOL management, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, locate new potential customers via prospecting, cold calling and setting upappointments with key decision-makers.
