CurrentWork closely with high net worth clients.Lead a team of agents in the security and protection of individuals and assets.Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses. Recruit, train and supervise security agents. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms. Review reports on incidents and breaches. Investigate and resolve issues. Create reports for management on security status. Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g., implementation of new technology)Conduct regular security checks of facilities, including rooms, hallways, and outdoor areas. When applicable monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for any signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Perform inspections when part of security protocols. Collaborate with site leadership to ensure comprehensive coverage of the grounds.Lead tabletop exercises and simulations to test emergency response plans. Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services to familiarize them with the facilities layout and procedures.Secure and preserve evidence following security incidents for subsequent investigation. Provide support and assistance to individuals involved in traumatic incidents, such as counseling or referrals to support services. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies to file incident reports and pursue legal action if Necessary. Conduct post-incident debriefings to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in security protocols.
