My career has been driven by strong relationships with customers and fellow colleagues. Since my early industrial design years and over the course of my entire sales career, I’ve taken chances and made mistakes - both have led to great successes. During my tenure at Krones, to my senior sales role and part ownership of McRae Integration, I’ve always been driven by the successes of our customers. All of which bring me to where I am today with Actemium Toronto, a Vinci Energies company. The future that lies ahead for Actemium is one of many possibilities. It is our mission to help customers improve their operational performance through our advanced industrial process expertise. We gain a deep understanding of their goals and work with them to develop a strategy that helps them evolve and achieve those goals. By holding ourselves to extremely high standards, we solve their pain points with professional project management, seamless controls integration and business synergies. Actemium is an extension of our customers, and together, we are in it for the long game. Some of our clients have been working with us since 2003. We have a decentralized operating method and interconnectedness among our 400 Actemium companies around the globe, all with our own competencies within the industrial automation of things, electrical and process engineering, machine safety upgrades and consultation, robotics, and project management. We’ve achieved steady growth in two years since our partnership with Vinci and outstripped our sales projections (not a bad way to start a long relationship). Our core markets are Feed / Food and Bakery, Beverage (dairy, CSD, beer, spirits and cannabis infused beverages), and Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical applications. As a leader, I feel it’s important that my colleagues are fulfilled in their work and careers. New challenges, personal development and a good work /life balance is essential in keeping our team happy and performing at their peak abilities. Life outside of the office - I’m focused on family and friends, and I have a passion for classic cars, motorsports of all sorts, and snowmobiling (yes, I love snow).
