My relationship started with Megen and a contractor for my company Israel And Daughters Inc. I performed services consisting of selective demolition,snow and ice removal,construction clean up and safety.I was offered a job with the company as a carpenter. And from there became supervisor and project manager. . My job consisted all the duties of a project manager in addition to operating heavy equipment back hoe,loaders,bulldozers,compactors,dump trucks.

My contract consisted of washing and re-lamping fluorescent light fixtures. Cleaning fixtures lenses and repairing broken connectors bad ballast to make lights functioning if possible or replace. And the other part of my contract was to remove existing acoustic ceilings and install new ones. Timing was very important with this contract the window was after business hours. At the end of the business day I had until the beginning of the next too complete my job. Timing and coordinating with store management was very critical.

I was in charge of sales marketing and installation for my company. Started with the company bringing all the cable drops up the N E C specifications which ment grounding drop to existing poweramd or water or driving a 8' ground rod then to water. Did post wire,pre-wire,audit,rebuilt existing cable drops and replaced with new drops according to new spec. Also did underground drops. Sidewalk, driveway bore and street bores.

Installed cable Tv residential & commercial. Pre-wire in new construction homes,hotels, hospitals,apartments complexes and also in industrial application. Did hard line splicing,pulled hard line cut in taps. Residential audit and commercial audit consisting of verifiing cable drops from tap to house toning and taging. In apartments and hotels verifiing each drop by toneing and taging each line. Also did underground drops machine trenching hand trenching driveway bores and street bores. Also did selective training my top trainee currently has a contracting company that still has a contract with tTime Warner and does fiber opctics and various communications internationally.
