After spending over a year with Creative Benefits, I had decided to continue my journey within pensions with First Actuarial. As an Associate DC Consultant, I'm responsible for· Drafting standard and bespoke advice which includes calculations and modelling· Supporting DC Consultants with governance meetings by analysing data, preparing governance reports and joining governance meetings· Liasing with client and/ or providers via by telephone, email and meetings.

After leaving Link group, Creative Benefits (part of the Cushon Group, in association with NatWest) have given me a chance to explore a different role within pensions. This role has allowed me to· Handle new clients I’m allocated to and help assist them with developing a tailored pension scheme suited for their business.· Provide training to other departments with regards to our processes and data handling· Work on communicating with clients effectively through different methods. Such as phone calls, emails and online face to face mediums· To become flexible and versatile within my role and aiding colleagues with their workload

With Smart Pension:· I have been able to consult and advise members on queries about their contributions and pension accounts they hold with Smart Pension· Ensure quality and accuracy in all responses by providing administrative aid to investors
