My weight loss clients lose no less than a stone in a month. My strength athletes gain an additional 7.5-10% in strength on the powerlifting movements. My role at Lifestyle has taught me the importance of constant self development.

Through this role I was required to ensure the health and safety of the gym without compromising customer satisfaction. Often I would be required to teach or lead classes such as Spin, Circuit and Pilates during my time at Lifestyle Fitness.

As a Team Leader my role was to help build other Personal Trainer's businesses whilst maintaining my own.
