• Analysis and provide direction for AP stations to achieve good cargo mixed to drive good gross profit.
• Involve with Strategic Customer engagement with optimized AFR Solutions for their supply chain.

• Lead countries commercial and operations teams across APAC region to manage DGF AFR Strategic Accounts such as APPLE, General Electric and Fashion and Apparel sector.
• In-charge of APPLE implementation rolling out AP to EMEA/AMER/Intra AP Programs
• Manage station commercial team, main interface with Customer to explore new opportunities, improvement opportunities and conducting customer performance review/process improvement.

• Responsible for Sony Ericsson Global Account, USD70 M and NXP Global Account, USD30 M as a single global point of contact for NXP and SEMC Customer operational process improvement.
• In-charge of SEMC Global RFQ implementation to roll out newly won business globally (America/Europe/Middle East/Africa) with jointed design on processes and procedure.
• In-charge to set up NXP Account with sustainable solutions and processes in terms of system flows, operations realignment and logistics quality for all 3 business units DHL Supply Chain, DGF Air Freight & DHL Express

• Responsible for Sony Ericsson AP Account, USD30 Mil and Motorola AP Account, USD24 Mil as a single regional point of contact for SEMC and Motorola AP customers.
• Support customer to design their supply chain improvement initiatives. I.e. Suitable supplier incoterm selection, BJS-HKG Air truck solution, India High Sea Sales Lead-time improvement, etc…
• Escalation point for any operations performance issues. E.g. Urgent shipment delays, theft & damages.
• Collaborate with other regional functional teams (Commercial, Operations and IT) across the APAC region to analyze and resolve issues.
• Conduct Monthly & Quarterly business review with SEMC & Moto Regional Customers.
• Implementation of SEMC China Domestics Business Implementation involving local trucking and domestic air freight movement

• Overall in-charge of project warehousing solutions designing & implementation for temperature-control operations in Shanghai, China.
• In-charge of establishing regional project key performance indicators. I.e. LG electronic regional key performance indicators roll out in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
• Conduct regional logistics site audits and process improvements in various locations regionally including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Hong Kong & China.
• Provide guidance and operations know-how to APAC local teams to resolve escalation issues with specific solutions and processes.
