Hello! My name is Marcus and I am a Web Developer and Customer Service Representative. Currently in my day job I am working directly with customers to determine the best situation or outcome for their account. What helps me to be successful in my job is figuring out ways to understand what my customer's needs are and keeping a strong line of communication between my team and other departments. During the pandemic, my interest started leaning toward the tech field. My intro to coding started on freeCodeCamp, then I joined Fullstack Academy's program to further gain knowledge and experience in web development.At Fullstack Academy, I was able to learn the elements needed for the front-end and back-end on how each side is important in building functional, and great-looking web products. Not only did I learn the hard coding skills I needed to be successful as a developer, but also I applied this knowledge to projects that really tested my development skills.I am looking forward to joining a tech team in the future where I can bring my knowledge and grow my love of learning more tech skills.
