I am a member of the 2015 Stuart Scott award winning team, 2x ESPN Visionary Award winner and a proud member of “Team ESPN” for volunteer work and community service.I am a versatile and highly experienced professional working in the field of studio production. News, entertainment, social media and digital video are a few areas of focus demonstrating successful leadership throughout a wide range of roles within the ESPN/Disney family. Those roles have allowed me to contribute to initiating and designing an improvement plan for employee growth within the Technical Operations department, selected to the first wave of ESPN's first “Preditor” (producer/editor) position, helped to create and design an innovative sub-department within production, connecting four different departments to create synergy, workflow efficiency, written and video training models along with new job descriptions for additional company head count. With a passion for D&I, I've worked one-on-on with both ESPN president Jimmy Pitaro and former Disney/ESPN SVP-HR Paul Richardson discussing improvement plans to better employee retention and equity within the ESPN campus. Beginning in 2022, I joined the Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution branch of The Walt Disney Company as a supervisor on our Production Operations Team in hopes to bring new and fresh ideas, yet continuing to push for inclusivity, growth and development throughout the company.
