I started my career off in sales at Toyota of North Charlotte as a product specialist. It was my job to give the best customer service possible and help pick out the right vehicle for customers. The key to this was learning each vehicle and mastering the product knowledge. My skills of the product grew over time which alloyed me to receive bonuses and recognition for sales. I then got the opportunity to move into the finance department, this was my first experience in auto financing. I got the chance to learn the numbers process that goes into auto financing, by dealing with different banks and lenders. It took more time to learn the "back end" process. But I have settled in just fine and look forward to putting a deal together for a customer to sign, then greeting and congratulating them on there new purchase. I have enjoyed working in the auto industry, it has great opportunity for growth. With all of the new technology and safety features companies are putting into vehicles. I believe in the product Toyota motors makes and would recommend to anyone searching for the next new vehicle.
