The position is focused primarily on curriculum and program development, and the internal work of our school. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator is also a member of the academic leadership team, reporting directly to the Assistant Head of School, and collaborating with Division Directors in our Early Childhood/Elementary School and Middle School programs, and the Director of Student Services. The DEI Coordinator will work with administrators and faculty members to build our individual and institutional capacity to support faculty, students, and families as we strive for a curriculum and program development that puts diversity, equity, and inclusion at the center of our school’s work

The Academy Director serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe traditional learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the academy. Achieving academic excellence requires that the academy Director work collaboratively with the Chairman of the SA to direct and nurture all members of the academy staff hired by the Director and SA Chairman, and to communicate effectively with parents. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.
