Starting in the warehouse I am willing to work hard and help around in any way I can. From checking in/maintaining stock, organizing/handling shipments, loading and unloading with a forklift, to general duties. I have worked in several different field of customer service from retail associate to account executive. From a general retail associate at Ross for 3 years to being an Account Executive at Newegg Business (briefly a sales man at Los Angeles Freightliner). Keeping the customer in mind and providing any assistance I can, taking the extra step at any available moment. Taking on any role and willing to grow, this has lead me into other postions and expanding my experience. I have not only worked in providing customer service but also adding to the team with training experience attained by becoming the Parts Department Safety Director at Los Angeles Freightliner. Making sure employees are up to date with their Safety Training and daily safety log to maintain a safe work environment. Simultaneous to being the Safety Director I also took on the role of handling Core Returns and Regular Returns for the same company. Working with several different programs and gaining knowledge all along the way I provide a great addition to the team with a great attitude.
