I've been in the oil and gas industry since the age of 19. Started as a shop helper and was able to work my way up through the ranks. in the process I learned how to check in material, take hardness readings on raw material. Deburr and stamp parts, shipping and recieving. Run a do all metal cutting saw and load and unload trucks. After 3 years I decided to get my certificate in cnc controls from lone star college. I was trained on sight on a doosan puma 800 cnc lathe with fanuc controls. Through the years I have ran all kinds of cnc machines. I have experience in collet lathes, hydraulic lathes, but most of my experience is on 4 jaw cnc lathes. In the past 4 years I have also picked up some milling experience. Currently I run a Haas ec 40 horizontal milling machine.
