Act as an integral member of the Implementation Project Team responsible for the plan design and system configuration of Defined Contribution, Non-Qualified, and 403(b) plans as they transition to Fidelity. Serve as the primary contact for clients to ensure that the plan is setup based on plan rule requirements and best practice products and services. Manage a workload of multiple new plans and/or corporate actions across the up market segments. Act as the consulting resource with respect to system and service capabilities and constraints. Provides creative configuration alternatives to meet client's needs.
