• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media: - Utilize various online databases, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates for open positions. - Employ targeted search strategies and Boolean search techniques to effectively source candidates with the desired qualifications and experience.• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications: - Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the requirements of each position and ensure accurate job descriptions and specifications.• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges: - Create compelling and informative job advertisements and recruitment materials that effectively communicate the company's brand, culture, and job opportunities.• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications: - Review resumes and job applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience against the job requirements.• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates: - Design and conduct structured interviews, including behavioral, competency-based, and technical interviews, to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes: - Utilize assessment methods, such as skills tests, psychometric assessments, and situational judgment tests, to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, cognitive abilities, and job-related skills.• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated: - Coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired employees to facilitate their smooth transition into the organization. - Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, addressing their inquiries and providing updates on their application status.
