I prepare selected documents for imaging and/or reproduction, operate duplicating machines and imaging equipment to duplicate documents, upload documents to the company network, process requests for re-imaging and editing, clean, lubricate and perform preventive maintenance on equipment, set up and maintain files for duplicated and imaged documents, perform light typing, filing, clerical work and other duties as assigned, occasionally be assigned other duties to meet technological changes as needed.

Received various assignments ranging from parades to football games, was required to edits and download the photos onto the network for review and placement by the editors.

Supervise lab assistants in the absence of the Supervisor. Monitor computer labs and aid students in the use of computers. Troubleshoot and correct minor errors related to computers and printers. Run updates and anti-virus software on both Mac and PCs.
