I work very closely and interdepartmentally with the city’s staff performing site visits, and training on budget procedures. Jointly, with city departments, I work to implement activity based budgeting and support any budgeting needs. The cumulative budgets for the six departments for which I am the Senior Budget Analyst is $132 million.Through this role, I actively work to manage overseeing and coordinating project-based process improvement responsibilities. I am consistently engaged in maintaining internal and external facing budgetary policy documentation. I work to implement major budget processes in support of the City’s budget preparation process and budget monitoring.
