With over 20 years of experience in strategy execution and management consulting, I am currently the Managing Director of Tchibo Mobilfunk, a subsidiary of Tchibo, one of the largest consumer goods and retail companies in Germany. In this role, I oversee the operations, marketing, sales, and product management of the mobile services division, which offers prepaid and postpaid plans, mobile devices, and accessories. I am responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision, goals, and initiatives of the division, as well as managing the relationships with the network provider, suppliers, and partners. I leverage my skills in strategy execution, management consulting, strategic consulting, and physics to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions that enhance the value proposition and competitiveness of Tchibo Mobilfunk. Prior to joining Tchibo, I was a Senior Project Manager at Roland Berger, a leading global strategy consulting firm, where I led and supported various projects for clients in the telecommunications and technology sectors. I also served as an Assistant to the CEO of Carl Zeiss AG, a world-renowned optics and optoelectronics company, where I supported the strategic planning, execution, and communication of the CEO's agenda. I hold a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Hamburg, where I conducted research on the properties of nanostructures.
