- Leads integration and execution the United States Space Force recruiting efforts- Responsible for all enlisted recruiting and Officer Training School accessions for the United States Space Force- Lead team vision and priorities for 1309 and Air Force recruiters currently executing the USSF recruiting mission- Manages team training and education, goal setting, and priorities to meeting required USSF end-strengths- Coordinates and provides briefings to USSF Chief of Space Operations to ensure recruiting efforts are in-sync with vision and scope desired

- Commands 11 flights/98 personnel including 36 Geographically Separated Units spanning 36K sq miles covering Southern Florida, Puerto Rico & Caribbean region- Partners w/military, civic, educational & community leaders to generate awareness for Air and Space force accessions opportunities throughout the regions- Responsible for accession of high-quality recruits to meet Air force and Space force enlistment contract goals and line officer requirements- Oversees $7M portfolio; partners w/Army Corps of Engineers/General Service Administration GSA to support annual accessions of 1,600+ new members into the Armed services

- Combatant Commander's execution lead for Space Coordinating Authority; responsible for Continental U.S. NORAD Region (CONR), Alaskan Air Defense Region (ANR), Canadian Air Defense Region (CANR)- Oversees NORAD & US NORTHERN Command's space Ops execution, plans, exercises, education, & non-kinetic integration- Leads 15-man space ops joint team, directing/synchronizing effects across 7 mil/5 gov/5 civil agencies & 5 countries- Directs Space Force requirements and laydown for North America; synchronizes Combatant Commanders Space priorities and objectives

- Combatant Commander's lead for Strategic and Operational Space and Cyberspace plans, exercises & Partner Nation Engagements- Leads 18-person team for the joint Space and Cyber operations center; directs & synchronize space and cyberspace operations for US Sothern's Commands 31 countries- Coordinates planning/integration of space and cyber capes w/29 Area of responsibility countries, 2 Combatant commands, 5 component commands, and the joint staff- Directs spaces ops plans, coordination and engagement for South America--focuses on Partner Nation capabilities, concerns, and agreements

- Leads coordination for Space operations & Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) data sharing for USAFE-AFAFRICA, 2x COCOMs, 2x NAFs, MDA, and NATO- Space professions (13S) Functional Area Manager responsible for vectoring, developing, and deployment of 23 personnel; validating 21 assigned position billets- Leads planning and integration of joint IAMD capabilities with 28 NATO nations and 50 EUCOM military partners
