I’m passionate about making a change in my community and welcome speaking engagements. I tell my story with the intention of inspiring young people to hustle harder — on the other hand showing leaders there is a pipeline of diverse talent you can tap into. I've recently spoken at the Dreamforce Future Executive Summit, President Obama's My Brother’s Keeper Alliance, interviewed NBA Champion Andre Iguodala, NBA Players Association President Chris Paul, and MC'd Salesforce's racial equality summit - Representation Matters. “If you can see it, you can be it.”Salesforce Employee — Year Up Bay Area Alum — Former President of the Lion Head Toastmasters International Organization Before the Year Up program, I graduated from Laney college in the heart of Oakland, CA, with two associate degrees in social sciences and psychology. Currently, I serve as a Manager of Equality Talent Programs at Salesforce. I helped lay the foundation for the Office of Equality, supporting programs to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce at all levels of the organization. In my spare time, I help people prioritize their healthspan in addition to their lifespan as a personal trainer and wellness coach. My practice focuses on the mobility and stabilization work we need to be pain-free and healthier deeper into life.
