Current• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at maximizing upsells to our existing customer base as well as drive new customer acquisition.• Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets, effective commission plans, and revenue and team growth plans.• Recruit and hire effective sales talent.• Work with product teams to ensure sales elements of go to market plan are in place.• Dive into sales leading indicators, metrics, and call reviews to optimize sales processes, improve conversion rates, hit quota and drive sales improvement across the sales teams.• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to drive marketing influenced pipeline and sales growth.• Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance to senior management.• Lead, mentor, and develop sales team to achieve and exceed their individual targets, through effective use of sales training and tools.• Organize training sessions to keep the team updated on product innovations and market trends.• Stay updated on the industry's latest trends and shifts, ensuring that ProSites maintains a competitive edge in offerings and solutions.
