As an Admin executive i was in charge of Hospital sampling. I was able to work with team of hospital representatives in order to get samples out to mothers to be, new born babies and kiddies up to 5 years old. Main roles include:- Planning sample packing amount, DO Generation, Stock Tracking and monthly reports preparation for Manager and Clients. - Engaged with Logistics for Sample Distribution.- Engaged directly with clients for sampling stocks and monthly reporting. - Regularly involved in meeting with clients and management team for planning and reporting.
