Summary:- Main responsibility was to attend to leads and enquiries, conduct face-to-face meetings and close the deals. - Also tasked with coaching our Philippines sales team to hit their monthly sales target. Sales achievements include:- Highest number of deals closed per month - 24 deals. - Closed a total of 220 deals as of March 2017. Total value amounts to RM1.02 million. - Largest contracts secured include with Big Apple Donuts, Tokyo Secret, Blue Cab Taxi Services Malaysia (KLCC) and Twenty Three Fashion. Coaching achievements includes:- Provided a more effective method to our sales representatives for product presentation and objections handling. - Philippines sales team surpassed their previous monthly record by mid-month (March 2017). - Increased deals-closing rate by 15%.- Personal quotation template is now used as standard across the company as it engages the customer more effectively.

My responsibilities were to plan the logistical requirements for our clients. Majority of these were conventional cargoes that couldn't be fitted into containers, hence, each shipment required exclusive attention. Due to that, I was also incharge of sourcing and compiling the cost from relevant logistic vendors for each project. Achievements would include planning the logistics operation (shipping/freight, loading and discharging) of over 10,000 tonnes of machineries and materials for a palm oil refinery construction project from PortKlang, Malaysia to Dumai, Indonesia for a public listed Indonesian company. The entire project spanned across a time period of 4 months in 2014.
