• Part of 4 man team on 24/7 standby rotational duty for maintenance breakdown.• Plan and allocate resources for ad-hoc maintenance tasking, ensuring minimal disruption to SCDF operations.• Plan and coordinate with customer for vehicle recall exercise.• Round island maintenance support fleet of 36 Red Rhino and 13 Mass Decontamination Vehicle.• Fabrication of electrical distribution box, component mounting and internal wiring connections.• Plan for wire routing path with Mechanical engineering and provide harness drawings for fabrication.• Oversee production for a fleet of 13 Mass Decontamination Vehicle as team lead with a crew of 3 technician.• Plan and ensure timely delivery of vehicles, highlighting potential delays early.• Trained newly graduated technician on fundamentals of electrical harness works on vehicle and upskill technician to be self-sufficient in carrying out electrical fault troubleshooting and rectifications within 6 months.• Specify power requirement, design overall electrical system architecture and integration of 3 vehicle project.

• Route required wire harness along vehicle chassis and body frame.• Crimp and terminate wire harness, integrating electrical system to power distribution box.• Conduct pre-delivery factory acceptance test, ensuring full system functionality prior to delivery.
