Key Responsibilities:• Provide management, leadership, and strategic vision for all developments• Coordinate with Senior Management to create set of processes and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across organization• Provide oversight over the Project Management Unit operations and determine how team resources should be allocated across various projects within the Group• Other responsibilities include overseeing & ensuring JMB compliance with strata management act across all built projects.

Key Responsibilities:• Providing management, leadership, and strategic vision in creation of a new developments within Genting Property Division, which includes Genting Simon Group• This encompasses township planning and retail space development, in Malaysia and Indonesia• Built Project Management Best Practices across the organization involving Project Managers and operations and finance staff

Key Responsibility:• Reporting directly to Country Head• Responsible for partnership liaison, land use strategies & planning, township design, development and construction related planning
