Since July 2019 I have been lucky enough to work alongside some exceptionally experienced Construction Brokers who have been generous enough to involve me in a number of complex claims, including D&B PI Claims, 6.5.1 Claims etc and in December 2019 I began working for MPW In an official capacity.

Following the acquisition of Genavco Insurance by Clear Insurance Management, I was lucky enough to inherit a portfolio of corporate clients, exposing me to a plethora of different covers, claims and clients.

My role revolved around handling property claims generated from our book of largely freehold investor business, which saw me liaising with a wide-ranging demographic of claimants and industry employees.

I initially joined Chaucer's First Response Unit and spent around 6 months learning the role before being promoted to Motor Claims Handler. Then in July 2013 I was given the opportunity to join our Commercial Claims Team, which was attached to our Technical Claims Unit and allowed me to absorb an inordinate amount of knowledge from some incredibly experienced colleagues.
