Oversee RCM billing, collections, patient access, and revenue integrity. Responsible for vendor relationships and oversight. Oversee Payor Contracting strategies, implementation, negotiations, and execution. Oversee Employee Benefits, health and welfare, voluntary, Broker selection and relationships, defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

Responsible for managing the network development activities within my assigned market area and ensuring that Network Development goals and standards are met within that market area. My day to day responsibilities include developing a market competitive network; establishing and fostering relationships with hospital and other provider partners, negotiating all provider contracts for hospital systems, ancillaries and professional providers for all HealthSmart product lines (Insight Accel, Primary, Secondary and Workers' Compensation) in my assigned market. Often assist Sales, Sales Support, Business Intelligence, and Account Management in client meetings, written presentations and preparation of Requests for Proposals. Also work with Legal to monitor and make recommendations on regulatory compliance; and when applicable provide representation at Lien Conferences and Trials.

Responsible for establishing and managing goals and efforts of facility and ancillary contracting activities within the primary development states of the West Region (CA, WA, NV, AZ,OR).
