CurrentCounsel and advise clients in business and commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on employment and labor law. Assist individual and corporate clients in a wide array of matters and legal issues, including , business disputes; breach of contract; misappropriation of trade secrets; premises liability; personal injury; tortious interference with business and contractual relationships; and employment litigation.Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as before various administrative agencies in all areas of labor and employment litigation including enforcement of employee covenant agreements, class/collective actions, wage and hour claims, personnel grievances, unemployment claims, wrongful termination claims, discrimination claims, NLRB, EEOC, ADA, ADEA, and FLSA issues.Advise and counsel employers on internal investigations, draft and review employee policies and handbooks, and prepare employee agreements and forms, such as non-compete agreements and severance agreements.
