Leads a seven-year $20M (per annum) performance contract established to achieve energy reduction, green job creation, energy efficiency for low-income residents, and solar market development for the District of Columbia (DC). The DCSEU provides technical assistance and financial incentives, and implements programs for customers to achieve contract goals. The DCSEU helps businesses and residents use less energy and save money; and creates contracting opportunities for local businesses and green economy employment opportunities for DC residents. Responsible for division P/L, benchmark performance via 11 programs, and client management. Provides strategic direction to engineering, account management, program management teams, and collaborates with eight shared services teams. Manages five direct reports and accountable for 46 staff members’ performance and development. Developed the indefinite quantity contracting process to manage 40 plus contractors.
