I have over 30 years of professional experience, priding myself and working well within a hard-working, self-motivated team, dedicated to implementing sustainable and successful change through determination and a willingness to go the extra distance it sometimes takes. My exceptional attention to detail and well-developed personal discipline has enabled me to succeed in my previous roles in Woodside Energy Pty Ltd and Toyota UK, offering business improvement services to Rio Tinto Iron Ore, Bridgestone, Newcrest, Mining, and more recently Woodside Energy.This included training each area in the Lean methodologies as required.
