Currently:New year new challenges.I was promoted to the zone leader January 1 2016. The position entailed managing several property managers with my previous job description along with a maintenance staff, leasing staff, and custodial staff. I took over a under performing zone, and with in three weeks turned the second to last place zone too the number one zone. Notable achievement is the Highest over all company collection rate at 91 percent of collectable accounts. I could explain in extreme detail how I accomplished this task but the Truth is I am willing to do what ever it takes to win. I worked over 18 hours a day 6 days a week for the first three weeks simply because no one remembers how tired you look when they talk about winners. Instead of listing my skill set I will describe my self. I will go through any road block and plan to arrive at success. When my plan A doesn't work I go to my plan B. Plan B is make plan A work!!!! Position held until 2015 December 30thI manage a 28 building scattered sight portfolio. The 28 building portfolio consisting of 430 units. I have maintained the largest accounts collected record in my company due to hard work long hours and dedication. My duties include but are not limited to the following:I daily monitor track and correct daily financial, operational, and customer service reporting.I am tasked with being solely responsible for improving or maintaining current financial performance of each building. By identifying and eliminating accounts receivable debt and creative ways to improve on current process. I am tasked with Maintaining a synergistic relationship with my staff, regional manager, Legal team and finance department, In order to solve as well as provide assistance to any and all issues that may arise.
