The Company secured another three year contract with Diageo, where I was promoted to the position of Regional Manager covering the North West and part of the Midlands Region. The company secured a new Guinness Contract in 2002 and I was offered the dual responsibility of Stores/Field Manager, which I accepted in order to broaden my management experience. This was carried out in liaison with Guinness Technical Representative Staff.Planned and organised on a weekly basis, the installations of cold rooms, coffin systems and secondary cooling systems for Extra Cold Guinness, Budweiser, Carlsberg and Cider.Liase with BOC in regard to new installations and Emergency calls.
