As the Superintendent, Plans and Programs at the US Air Force, I oversee the management and execution of the Plans and Programs Division, which supports the Air Force's mission and objectives. I have more than 3 years of experience in this role, where I have been responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing security programs, policies, and procedures for the protection of personnel, information, and assets.I am a certified Professional Manager and a skilled leader, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring diverse teams, managing complex projects, and solving challenging problems. I have also acquired multiple IT certifications, including Network Pro and Security Pro, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Colorado State University-Global Campus. My goal is to leverage my military and IT expertise to transition into a civilian IT career, where I can continue to contribute to the security and innovation of the industry.
