My passion as a leader is preparing my employees for success by structuring development plans, coaching, encouragement, and facilitating resources for sustainability, retention, and team growth.One of my greatest strengths as a leader is preventative management, foresight, and data analyzing. With over 10 years of experience in Operations and Management, I pride myself in making sure daily operation is performing at a high level and contingencies are in place to alleviate any setbacks. Working within leadership has taught me to work outside of my comfort zone to challenge myself and helped me become not only a great leader for my team, but a mentor for employees and leaders within the company.
