I enforce security measures to ensure client protection, mentor new technicians, and perform server and firewall maintenance.Previously, I worked as a UCaaS – Implementation Specialist and Technical Support Specialist at JCurve Technologies, where I turned up new clients with unified communication services, analyzed the needs of new clients, troubleshooted issues, and managed server and active directory.My work experience has provided me with a range of skills, including firewall management, server management, active directory, GPO hardening, DUO MFA deployment, computer deployment, incident response, TCP/IP and OSI model, and data sanitation.
