• Technical support for the aeronautical engine and accessories workshop. • Green Belt project leader in cost reduction and process optimization. • Optimize products and processes described in technical reference publications, aligning them with the objectives and methods defined by the company. • Responsible for analyzing the engine manufacturer's national and international publications (repair manuals, maintenance manuals, service bulletins, service letters, etc.) and the applicable aviation authorities (FAA, EASA, FAA, DGAC, etc.). ) update maintenance procedures in accordance with specific legislation; • Analysis of problem solving during the tests of Accessories and Engines; • Analysis and preparation of documentation for approval of parts found deviating from the engine and aeronautical accessory manual -NCR (Non-compliance report); • Management of technical quarantine with parts outside the criteria of the manuals, seeking the development of repairs or the application of updating criteria; • Provide technical support for tools on the production line, managing the tool certification process, also analyzing and establishing inspections and possible repairs; • Project manager for the adaptation of dynamic test bench, implementation of new production lines for aeronautical accessories. • Technical responsible for analysis, investigation of warranty products; • Technical support for external audits (Turbomeca Safran group, FAA, EASA...);
