CurrentI am currently the user experience (UX) teams design lead for Automated Investor, a robo-advisor product. I partnered with a small team to completely redesign the onboarding experience of the product and helped implement its current design. I lead the design for numerous projects including a redesign of the Wealth Management website, created an interactive quiz for prospective customers and helped USBI (U.S. Bancorp Investments) achieve digital first strategy for its suite of investing products in just 2 years.• Manage designers, content strategists and accessibility consultants in an Agile environment for banking and investing services within U.S. Bank and U.S. Bancorp Investments• Strategize and prioritize new product features, micro-flows and end-to-end experiences by partnering with product management, senior leadership, marketing, legal, compliance and development • Align UX, business, and technology objectives to problem-solve for customer journeys that span seven agile teams.• Collaborate with customer research to design usability and A/B test experiencesWork and collaborate with a diverse team of business leaders, product managers, developers, scrum masters, content strategists, product designers and accessibility (A11y) consultants• Ensure that the final product conforms to governmental regulations by working closely with the business and legal and compliance partners
