- Lead and Supervise a team of 50 individuals in the Quality Control organization, including Analytical, Pack Lab, Fibers Lab and Micro Lab. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize and streamline operational work processes in the quality control organization.- The primary representative of the QC department in audits, projects, and official inquiries.- Ensure prompt testing of raw materials, bulk goods, and finished goods, while also overseeing the execution of stability studies.- Hold accountability for maintaining safety standards, ensuring product quality, promoting stewardship, and ensuring compliance within the department.
