Scoping, leading and developing a team of 5 Talent Acquisition consultants and administrators tasked with providing talent acquisition services across the University. Defined and established UWA’s first centralised Talent Acquisition team, assigned to key portfolios across the organisation – both Academic and Professional appointments. Developed stakeholder briefing communication at Executive and Managerial level to educate regarding new service offering. Created and implemented new Talent Acquisition processes and procedures in line with UWA policies, as well as rolling out team SLA’s, full scale and minor project work, team culture expectations.
