I have always loved to understand how things works – by pure curiosity. The interest started already when I was a child, taking apart whatever I could find and put it together again. The joy of seeing something working, is much more fun and encouraging if you know how complex it could be inside, in order to get it working. This curiosity have followed me through my life and work carrier. Now I use the same curiosity to ask questions and try to understand how the business and the organization is working – and it is the same joy to not only see the results but also to understand how and why the result is as it is.The transport industry is at a turning point. As the first heavy vehicle manufacturer to adopt to science-based carbon reduction targets we know what challenges lies ahead. We need to gather all curiosity in order to figure out how the future business will look like. When we have all succeeded, we can be proud and share the joy of having transformed the business to the better - and also understand the details inside it.
