In addition to commercial services the society also has 17 special interest committees resourced by volunteers from the membership. The surplus generated by these successful commercial services ensures practitioners’ annual membership fees are kept as low as possible. The General Manager role was the culmination of a number of years of change and restructure. My responsibilities also reflect those shown as Director Member Services but with the addition of a greater business development focus and the continuation of some historic responsibilities from the Acting General Manager role. -
