• Articulate and synthesize the user’s business problem and requirements, within the scope of the University’s systems, processes, and governance around data.• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives, creating clear user stories and documenting specifications for reporting developers, to make use of the broad functionality of the UBI toolset.• Serve as a liaison and communication channel between clients/end-users and reporting developers.• Follow established standards for thorough testing, data validation, and user acceptance throughout the project lifecycle, engaging end-users, business process owners, and subject matter experts as needed.• Collaborate with training developer as needed to ensure that end-users have the tools and instructions needed to employ the new or enhanced reporting solution.• Develop and apply an expert knowledge of University datasets and structures, data modeling, and software architecture to create solutions based on user needs.• Devise or modify moderately complex information systems to include analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.• Create and maintain documentation that supports the ongoing development and use of UBI solutions and other integrated analytical tools.• Prototype usable and informative reports, analytics, and dashboards by applying design and reporting best practices to convey the necessary information effectively and efficiently. Design and develop charts, tables, expressions, and variables as needed in the UBI platform (based on Qlik tools) or other software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) as required.• Pursue continuous improvement activities within and external to IRA: collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to make development processes and reporting solutions more effective.• Collaborate with colleagues to promote best practices and continuous improvement activities to ensure an outstanding user experience.

• Provide the highest level of data, functionality, and technical product support to clients.• Resolve diverse range of technical issues across multiple systems and applications for customers and end-users with differing product knowledge across multiple time zones.• Effective workflow management, including logging and tracking information in Salesforce in an accurate and timely manner.• Build various financial reports to support day-to-day business operations for financial institutions, including board reporting and reports to help executives drive decisions.• Work with Agile Scrum teams as an UAT lead on the timely and thorough testing of products, with an eye toward the client experience.• Creating, recording, and delivering workflow/custom persona-based client trainings with minimal oversight and direction.• Support Business Intelligence advisors on client calls with technical knowledge and front-end application expertise.• Create and maintain a knowledge base of technical articles for clients.• Demonstrate solid understanding of industry-specific knowledge, reducing dependency for supervision.• Work in team-driven environments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
