I tend to bring the holistic perspective of a General Manager - built over a 15 year career of diverse experiences and leading all varieties of cross functional teams. My core skillset is that of Strategy and Corporate Development. The consistent thread has been pushing organizations to step-function growth, whether that's leading operational improvement teams to clear obstacles to growth, to leading M&A deal teams or partnering to launch new products and businesses to lean into that growth.I've used this skillset to build and run businesses through the entire lifecycle. Have raised over $40M to build multiple new products from whiteboard to in-market. A few of my prouder accomplishments: partnering with world class scientists to launch a SaaS offering in the biosecurity space; co-founding and building a DTC insurance company from 0 to first revenue; and co-founding a homeowner guidance platform and leading the development of an innovative business model for it. And yep, have had my share of stuff that didn't work either. All the while, I've led a small real estate investment company, responsible for 10+ transactions, focusing on residential and small multifamily, and short term rentals. Have consistently delivered an average 34% IRR. It's been a wild and adventurous ride in my career to date, and looking forward to continued adventures. Can't get a hold of me? I'm probably outside hiking somewhere.
