Develops the knowledge, skills and capabilities needed to analyze business requirements and produce documentation for designing, building, and improving systems. Works closely with more experienced business systems analysts on project activities, including business requirement development, process analysis, business system design, user test case development, acceptance testing, issue resolution and implementation.

Under moderate supervision, responsible for rating/coding a range of insurance policies and/or audit transactions of average complexity in Business Markets. Frequently exercises initiative and independent judgment and solves problems of limited scope and complexity.

Service policyholders, including the creation, coordination, assembly, and processing of related documents.

Ensure policyholder/customer billing quality and controls are met. Create and produce routine financial reports, and conducts moderate receivables research and reconciliations. Support the business by analyzing system output using system data queries and/or reports. Review and research policyholder/customer payments and cash posting activity. Interact with internal departments to resolve receivables disputes, research payment history as well as analyze and identify cash flow opportunities. May serve Customers and Service and Sales Representatives, and/or Brokers through preparation, analysis and reconciliation of financial documents and reports.
