I’m a Design Strategist with over 15 years experience leading teams of all sizes to develop innovative and empathetic solutions across a broad array of diverse industries from financial services to manufacturing to motor sports and more. Across all of these experiences I have found leadership and culture to be at the root of almost all significant problems and solutions and therefore they are the main focus of most of my work. My greatest passion is intentionally, empathetically, and collaboratively designing work culture through the components that drive and comprise it and then using leadership built on the same qualities as the culture to make it happen.
