To return profitability in less than 5 years, increased productivity per unit of production by more than 100%. Increased output 408/minute to 960/minute per-square-unit of production area, limiting the need for new factories. Joined Double H. Plastics following its acquisition of Chudleigh Sutch to lead integration. Drove technical and business development by gaining key accounts in US market, including DANONE Yogurt and Breyers Ice Cream. Also established moulding division comprising more 150 moulding machines.

Led a family product-development business to enter the US market. Grew technology and sales rigid food-packaging business to more than 200 machines. Eventually sold the expanded and profitable company to Double H Plastics Inc.
