As the Math Focus Team Lead and Educator at Daughtry Elementary School, Marcus Taylor applies his communication and critical thinking skills to inspire and empower his students and colleagues. He leads the development and implementation of math curricula and assessments, monitors student progress and achievement, and provides feedback and support to teachers and administrators. He also coordinates professional development opportunities and fosters collaboration and innovation among the math team.Marcus Taylor has a passion for education and ministry, which he has pursued for over 15 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Morehouse College, a Master of Divinity degree in Leadership and Biblical Studies from Beulah Heights University, and is currently enrolled in an MBA program at the University of Georgia's Terry School of Business. He is an ordained minister and serves as an Associate Minister at the Towaliga County-Line Baptist Church, where he delivers sermons, counsels members, and organizes outreach programs. He combines his business acumen, leadership skills, and biblical knowledge to advance his mission of making a positive impact on his community.
