I work closely with our Director of Development, Design Team, Clients, and Project Managers to make sure we're constantly delivering award-worthy products to our clients with world class service.Technically speaking, I provide oversight to several frontend developers, manage the frontend architecture of multiple applications, and, of course, do React/Javascript Development. I also translate requirements from the client to requirements for the dev team and design team, and from design to the client and devs, and from the devs to the client and design team; breaking things down into terms each team can understand and creating visual aides to explain technical complexity where needed.

Served as developer and designer for all of my clients. Services performed as a developer ranged from React applications created using React functional components and hooks, to simple HTML/CSS sites, to full-featured WordPress e-commerce sites. Services performed as a designer consisted of full company branding, UI design, product mockups, logo design, print design, and general graphic design services. The trials of entrepreneurship have taught me excellent self-education and self-motivation skills, as well as the ability communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, handle multiple projects while managing client expectations, and consistently meet deadlines.
